New Hyundai Venue in Ukraine - price and configuration

The compact crossover Hyundai Venue, or as it has already been called "Venya", has officially started sales in the automotive market in Ukraine. For the first time, the novelty was presented in mid-April 2019 at the auto show in New York, and in 2020 the first copies rolled off the assembly line. The new Hyundai Venue crossover will enter the Ukrainian market exclusively with a gasoline engine without a turbine.

The pair will be equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission. In total, the buyer will be offered 3 levels of equipment for this model or 6 different configurations. According to the manufacturer, the bulk of buyers will be a young audience, or those who do not plan to go off-road.

The basic equipment of the new Hyundai Venue is distinguished by a one-color body color, as well as 15 ″ steel wheels at the base. The standard set of the basic crossover includes:

- halogen headlights;

- front airbags;

- curtains of safety;

- air conditioning;

- rear parking sensors;

- Heated and electrically operated side mirrors.

There are also buns for the driver in the basic configuration of the Hyundai Venya. In particular, the steering wheel can be adjusted in height and reach, on the side spokes of the steering wheel there are function buttons for controlling the multimedia system, which is also included in the basic list. Starting from the basic configuration, there is a stowaway under the boot floor. If necessary, it can be removed, thereby obtaining 355 liters of additional, free space.

As for the average configuration, in addition to the entire list with the basic equipment of the Hyundai Venya, the list also included the roof rails of the crossover, climate control and a rear-view camera. On a pleasant note, the heated steering wheel and front seats, modern cruise control, electric folding side mirrors and 15 ″ alloy wheels instead of steel ones. In the cabin, an 8 ″ display of the multimedia system is installed in the center of the panel, which is simultaneously based on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems.

In front, the Hyundai Venyu crossover received LED daytime running lights and the ability to choose a chrome grille in black or chrome. For a separate surcharge, a medium-sized body can be painted in two colors, where the roof and pillars will be of the same color, and the main part of the other. In the cabin, this Hyundai Venue got a center armrest between the front seats, the steering wheel and gearshift lever were sheathed in leather.

Finally, the top-end equipment Hyundai Venue 2021 for Ukraine remained. This modification received a chrome grille, a contrasting roof, or rather a double body color. At the bottom of the top crossover, chrome moldings and side mirror housings are installed. In comparison with the previous configurations of Hyundai Venya, 17 ″ alloy wheels served as the basis in the top.

Changes were made to the lighting of the crossover, now both front and rear LED headlights and feet are installed. The Hyundai Venue interior has got a combined upholstery made of fabric and leather paired with decorative inserts made of plastic, imitation wood, polished aluminum or other materials.

It remains to consider the technical characteristics of Hyundai Venue 2021 for Ukraine. As mentioned above, in Ukraine the novelty will be offered with only one gasoline engine without a turbine. The volume of the unit is 1.6 liters, and the power is 123 horses. Depending on the selected configuration, a 6-speed automatic or manual transmission can work in pairs. Despite the class of crossovers, the drive will only be front-wheel drive.

According to the manufacturer, the fuel consumption of Hyundai Venue in the combined cycle is 6 liters per 100 kilometers. For a crossover, this is ideal. It is possible that, to the extent of the supply of new copies, the buyer may be offered other units, but all-wheel drive in the Hyundai Venue is not yet to be expected.
