In America, owners of expensive Tesla Model S electric vehicles cannot undergo maintenance throughout the state of Michigan. The problem was the laws of this state.

Thus, according to Cars Daily, Michigan, along with the states of Texas, Connecticut, Arizona and West Virginia, supports laws prohibiting the sale of electric vehicles by the famous Tesla Motors.

Because of such sanctions, the owners of the cars of this company are forced to go to the nearest service centers in neighboring states, where the sale and maintenance of these electric vehicles is allowed.

According to statistics from the Tesla Motors concern, about three hundred owners in Michigan are serviced in this way. Therefore, Tesla Motors is actively talking with the Michigan authorities to amend the laws regarding their company. In the near future, they plan to open from five to ten representative offices in this state.

In September 2015, Tesla Motors plans to start official sales of the new Tesla Model X crossover, for which there are already buyers in Michigan.
